Shipping policy

All orders will ship via USPS, unless a written agreement is made to meet for local pickup. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the order meets the minimum required value for free shipping and has the shipping promo code applied.

If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be reshipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

twentyfour boutique is not responsible for delays from USPS. Please be patient with shipping times and follow the tracking number provided in your shipping notification. If your tracking information is not updated within 48 hours from receiving your shipping notification, please contact us at btq_24@yahoo.com so we may follow up with the carrier and file a lost package claim, as needed.
