Returns are not accepted. Please contact us at btq_24@yahoo.com with any concerns about your products and we will assess appropriate next steps.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item arrives damaged or breaks within one week of receipt, please contact us with a photo of the damaged piece and your order information so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges Exchanges are not accepted. If you have opted for a replacement in exchange for a damaged product, we'll send you instructions and an offer code for the value of the damaged product to place a new order.
Refunds If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve confirmed a refund will be issued and you have not received, please contact us at btq_24@yahoo.com
